SMD is a family of organizations that are working together to improve the lives of persons with disabilities in Manitoba.

CNIB
CNIB are the vision health experts in Canada. CNIB works to protect the vision of all Canadians and provide services and support to people living with vision loss.

Canadian Paraplegic Association (CPA)
CPA assists persons with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities to achieve independence, self-reliance, and full community participation.

ECCOE
ECCOE provides interpretation and translation services. This includes American Sign Language/English interpretation.
They also provide translation and translation in Spanish, French, Vietnamese, Chinese, Polish, Arabic, Bosnian, Serbo-Croatian, Croatian, Russian, German, Punjabi, Ojibway, Korean, Italian, Ukrainian, and many more languages.

AIM for Work
A.I.M for Work assists individuals with a physical disability or chronic illness find work in the geographic area served by the Selkirk and Steinbach Service Canada and Interlake Employment Centres.
